Programming with R, RStudio, and Quarto

Purpose

Now that you’re set up with an account on JupyterHub, it’s time to actually use the toolkit. This assignment has you watch a short video walkthrough of the basics of programming with R, and follow along live in your own copy of a real analysis — the Bechdel test exercise.

Instructions

  1. Open bechdel.qmd on JupyterHub.
  2. Watch Meet the Toolkit: Programming (34 min).
  3. Follow along in your own copy of bechdel.qmd as you watch, filling in each blank (___) as it’s covered in the video.
  4. Once all blanks are filled in, render the document to PDF.
